We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How long do we store data?

​

We will keep your data for as long as we need it and this period will also depend on your interactions with us. If you have made a purchase with us, we will keep a record of your purchase for the period necessary for invoicing and tax purposes. When we no longer need to keep your information, we will delete it permanently or anonymise Data which is no longer necessary.

We retain different types of personal data for different periods:

  • Account information: For the duration of your account plus 2 years after closure.

  • Transaction data: 7 years for tax purposes.

  • Communication data: 2 years after the last communication.

  • Usage data: 1 year from the date of collection.
    We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

9. Transfer of Data

 

If you are located outside Austria and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Austria.

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
